J. Timothy Nealon

J. Timothy Nealon is a partner with the firm who concentrates his practice real estate transactions and real estate title disputes, Conservator and Guardianship, Probate of estates and commercial law. He is a 1968 graduate of Boston College School of Business Administration. He obtained his law degree from Suffolk Law School in 1971. He has been serving individual and business clients in Hopkinton, MetroWest and Cape Cod for 45 years. J. Timothy Nealon is a former Town Accountant for the Town of Hopkinton, a Land Court Examiner for over 40 years and a participant in providing legal services for the MetroWest Legal Services for over 15 years.

 

Thomas P. Nealon, Esq.

Thomas P. Nealon is a partner with the firm and has been a general practitioner for 30 years, focusing his practice on real estate, family law, estate planning, probate of estate, business formation and loan closings. He represents individuals, businesses and lenders in real estate transactions and before planning and zoning boards. He also advises clients in the set-up of small businesses. Prior to his legal career he worked in the high-tech industry specializing in finance and marketing. He is a 1977 graduate of Boston College and received his legal degree from New England School of Law in 1985. Attorney Nealon is a lifelong resident of Hopkinton and has served on the Hopkinton School Committee,

 

John A. Nealon, Esq.

Attorney John A. Nealon is a partner with Nealon and Nealon, Attorneys at Law. Attorney Nealon concentrates his practice of law in the areas of civil litigation; criminal defense (with particular concentration representing clients in OUI matters); personal injury matters; domestic relations law (including divorce and custody matters); real estate and small business representation. In addition to his legal work with Nealon and Nealon, Attorney Nealon is the former Chairman of the Ashland School Building Expansion Committee and also past Chairman of the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce. Attorney Nealon received his law degree from New England School of Law, Class of 1983 and his undergraduate degree from Boston College, Class of 1979. Attorney Nealon lives in Medway, Massachusetts with his wife Lorraine.

 

Timothy P. Nealon, Esq.

Timothy P. Nealon is an associate with the firm of Nealon and Nealon. He has been with the firm since January of 2006. Attorney Nealon concentrates his practice in the areas of all manners of estate planning from basic wills to asset protection and estate tax planning. He also represents elders seeking Medicaid Benefits for nursing home care as well as MassHealth benefits for elders at home. Attorney Nealon received his law degree from Massachusetts School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Providence College. Attorney Nealon is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

 

M. Kathleen Nealon, Esq.

Mary Kathleen Nealon is an associate with the firm who concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law, Medicaid asset protection planning and estate planning. Attorney Nealon holds an MBA, and J.D. and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Business and the New England School of Law. Prior to joining Nealon and Nealon, Ms. Nealon was with a consulting firm that provided contract administrators and senior skilled nursing facility managers to nursing homes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New Jersey. She has been a panelist and presenter at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Programs, Massachusetts Bar Association, Governor’s Annual Conference on Aging in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. She has spoken at National Council on Aging and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys annual conferences. Attorney Nealon is a past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of Elder Law Attorneys. She is currently President of Mission Springs Housing Program and the past President of Bay Path Home and Community Services, Inc.
